Develop often neglected muscle groups to gain sports performance.

Strengthen the pelvic floor.
Live more consciously.
This 1.5 hour workout will provide the education needed to improve your exercise technique, address muscle imbalances, lengthen tight muscles, and address posture.
All abilities/ages welcome. Drinks and power snacks provided.
