WE’RE OPEN!!
One Grove is, for now, still OPEN to look after your physical and mental health*.

As a small studio in Cheltenham, we are privileged to be able to work with limited numbers of clients at any one time. Therefore we can remain both a safe environment and a viable business.

We know how much you value our classes for both your body and mind. We feel honoured that, as fitness professionals, we can help ground you at this unsettling time.

WHAT HAS CHANGED
We are running Pilates Mat, Yoga and Barre classes now limited to a maximum of six attendees and active physical distancing.

Our Equipment Reformer classes have only ever had a maximum of four participants, and whilst this is unchanged, we have tweaked the machines a little further apart.

We are continuing with private sessions in our four studios for clients who want a room and instructor to themselves (and partner). You can book both private Pilates and Yoga classes. Or a private family Barre class!

Hygiene and hand washing are key and always have been in our boutique studio. Additionally we have further quantities of disinfectant and single-use towels. Each studio is well ventilated.

CLASSES AT HOME
We are offering Facetime/Skype 30min private home lessons from our instructors for £25 at a time to suit you. Contact the studio for more details.

We are advocating the use of the excellent and cost-efficient online streaming service ‘Pilates Anytime’ for your general workouts at home. Pilates Anytime is the world-leading online resource for Mat Pilates, Barre, HIIT Pilates and various medical Pilates specialisation classes. You can get a 15 day free trial and then £14 per month for unlimited classes with no tie-in.

CLOSURE POLICY
Of course, if the government suggests that further social isolation measures are required for the general population, we may be forced to close. In this case, we will send out a further email and classes will be cancelled on our Live Timetable.

At present, WHO guidelines on social distancing are to avoid large crowds and gatherings and to maintain 1m distance between yourself and anyone coughing or sneezing. NHS guidelines also advocate limiting social activities in bars, pubs and restaurants but do not yet rule out small group exercise.

If you do feel comfortable coming in, we await you with broad smiles!

*Over 70s, pregnant women and anyone with chronic respiratory or heart issues are advised not to attend. Anyone with a dry persistent cough and/or fever (or who has been in contact with anyone with these symptoms) must not attend class.
